A live face-to-face session via Google Meet. J reads your energy in real time and guides you through the clearing. Most clients find this the most personal format.

Phone Session

Prefer voice only? A phone session works just as well. J will call you at your scheduled time and work through the clearing together.

Email Session

J works on your energy field remotely and sends you a detailed written summary of what was cleared. No scheduling needed, perfect if you are in a different time zone.

Scholarship Sessions

Financial hardship shouldn't be a barrier to healing.

Scholarship sessions are available at 50%, 75%, or 100% off based on need.

Do I need to be on the call for it to work?

No. Energy work is distance-compatible. For email sessions J works on your field remotely and sends you a full summary. For video and phone sessions you simply show up and relax.

What if the times don't work for me?

After completing payment, J will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your session details and share your scheduling link.

What if I can't afford a session?

Scholarship sessions are available at 50%, 75%, or 100% off for those experiencing financial hardship. Email J privately at j@jkontos.com — no forms, no judgment.
