Energy work completed by Julianne Kontos is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. It is a complementary and supportive practice intended to work alongside, not in place of, professional medical or psychological care.
Julianne Kontos does not diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or claim to cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition. If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified and licensed healthcare professional.
The statements made on this website and during sessions have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Energy healing services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Results from energy healing sessions vary from person to person. Testimonials shared on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Some clients notice a shift in one session; others find deeper work unfolds over multiple sessions.
Information shared during sessions is held with the same care and discretion you would expect from a licensed counselor. J. does not share client information with third parties.
J. does not offer mediumship, fortune telling, or psychic readings. Sessions focus exclusively on your living energy field, what's stuck, what's ready to be released, and what guidance is available to you now.

By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Julianne Kontos Energy Work offers remote energy healing sessions via video, phone, and email. Sessions are complementary wellness services and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment as defined by California law.
Payment is required at the time of booking through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. By completing payment you agree to our cancellation policy as outlined above.
Sessions that have been completed are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your session, please reach out to j@jkontos.com within 48 hours and J. will do her best to address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
All sessions are conducted remotely. Energy healing is a distance-compatible practice and does not require physical presence. Sessions are not a form of telehealth, telemedicine, or remote mental health treatment as regulated by the state of California.
Clients are responsible for their own wellbeing and healthcare decisions. Energy healing is intended to complement, not replace, professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.
J. Kontos reserves the right to decline or discontinue services to any client at her discretion, with a full refund issued for any unused sessions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.
J. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
