This agreement is entered into between Julianne Kontos ("J."), operating as Julianne Kontos Energy Work, and any partner ("Partner") who submits a referral program application. Submission of the application constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
This referral program is J.'s way of saying thank you to partners who share her work with their clients. It is a gesture of gratitude and mutual support, not an employment or agency relationship.
Upon acceptance into the program, J. will create a unique Stripe coupon code for the Partner. This code may be shared with the Partner's clients. When a client uses the Partner's code at checkout and completes a paid session, the referral is confirmed.
For each confirmed referral where a client completes a paid hour-long session using the Partner's code, J. will pay the Partner $40 via Venmo within 7 days of that session being completed. There is no limit on referrals.
The coupon code has a minimum order value and applies to hour-long sessions only. Scholarship sessions are not eligible for the referral payout. All other partner benefits remain active regardless.

While active in the program, the Partner will receive a $40 off coupon code for their own personal hour-long sessions with J. This is provided separately from the client referral code.
New clients referred by a Partner receive an instant $40 discount off their first hour-long session with J. This is a first-time offer for new clients only, applied automatically at checkout using the Partner's unique referral code.
If total referral payouts to the Partner reach $600 or more in a calendar year, J. is required by US tax law to issue a 1099 form. In this case, the Partner agrees to provide a completed W-9 form prior to or upon reaching $600 in payouts.
Partners are responsible for reporting their own income in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Partners agree to represent J.'s work honestly and accurately. Partners may not make medical claims or guarantees on J.'s behalf. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate termination from the program.
Both parties agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of any clients or client information that comes to their attention through this program, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
This agreement does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. The Partner is an independent referral partner only.
Either party may exit the program at any time with reasonable written notice via email. Any confirmed referrals prior to termination will still be paid out. Partner coupon codes will be deactivated upon exit.
J. reserves the right to modify or close the referral program at any time. Active partners will be notified by email with reasonable advance notice.
