This agreement is entered into between Julianne Kontos ("J."), operating as Julianne Kontos Energy Work, and any practitioner ("Partner") who submits a referral program application and checks the agreement box on the application form. Submission of the application constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
This referral program is J.'s way of saying thank you to practitioners who share her work with their clients. It is a gesture of gratitude and mutual support, not an employment or agency relationship.
Upon acceptance into the program, J. will create a unique Stripe coupon code for the Partner. This code may be shared with the Partner's clients. When a client uses the Partner's code at checkout and completes a paid session, the referral is confirmed.
For each confirmed referral (client uses Partner's code and completes payment at full or discounted price), J. will pay the Partner $40 USD within 7 days of the client's payment clearing.
Scholarship sessions (50%, 75%, or 100% off due to financial hardship) are not eligible for the referral payout. All other partner benefits remain active regardless.

While active in the program, the Partner will receive 50% off coupon codes for their own personal energy healing sessions with J. These will be provided separately from the client referral code.
After a referred client completes and pays for their first session, J. will send that client a 50% off coupon for their second session (valued at $22 off a $44 session). This is J.'s thank you to the client for giving energy work a try.
If total referral payouts to the Partner reach $600 or more in a calendar year, J. is required by US tax law to issue a 1099 form. In this case, the Partner agrees to provide a completed W-9 form prior to or upon reaching $600 in payouts.
Partners are responsible for reporting their own income in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Partners agree to represent J.'s work honestly and accurately. Partners may not make medical claims or guarantees on J.'s behalf. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate termination from the program.
Both parties agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of any clients or client information that comes to their attention through this program, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
This agreement does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. The Partner is an independent referral partner only.
Either party may exit the program at any time with reasonable written notice via email. Any confirmed referrals prior to termination will still be paid out. Partner coupon codes will be deactivated upon exit.
J. reserves the right to modify or close the referral program at any time. Active partners will be notified by email with reasonable advance notice.
